ShoreTel Support Center

The ShoreTel Support Center is a powerful training resource that’s available 24/7. Users type a subject in the search field, hit return and they’re off. Articles contain useful, up-to-the-minute information on ShoreTel products and services. Articles also contain numerous video tutorials. Highly focused and often no more than a minute long, these videos teach users the skills they need quickly and effectively. User guides and technical documentation can also be found in the Support Center. As an alternative to the free text search, users can choose between filtered categories such as Phone, Conferencing, Mobility, etc. The Support Center also displays useful information on popular videos, articles, and recently updated documentation.
