ShoreTel's Consultant Liaison Program (CLP) offers personalized support, up-to-the-minute product information, training, and education in a variety of formats to further member expertise and effectiveness in our IP telephony, unified communications, contact center, mobility, and cloud solutions. Services include:

Dedicated support 

Support includes a central, personal point of contact to answer any questions you may have concerning our products, applications, and services, as well as access to RFP templates. ShoreTel can also provide in-depth briefings, presentations, and demonstrations for you and your client.

Up-to-date and comprehensive information 

Use the dedicated CLP Web site to access the most current and no-nonsense information about our portfolio of products and solutions. These include current technical products and solutions information, white papers, documentation, spec sheets, RFP tools, ROI tools, and our new TCO tool.

Training and education 

Attend onsite education seminars and participate in regularly scheduled Web seminars to keep up-to-date on new product and application introductions, software releases, and any information that will help you better understand our products and solutions.
