CommView, from @Comm Corporation is a simple-to-use, yet advanced, VoIP Call Accounting and Reporting solution. CommView is available as an application or cloud-based service (CommView Web) and elevates traditional Call Accounting reporting by adding ShoreTel Workgroup reporting and Traffic Analysis reports. All reports from CommView are presented in attractive, easy-to-understand formats designed both for IT/Telecom team members as well as business managers outside the IT environment.

CommView reports help users to take control of their voice network, enabling them to monitor and manage Telecom expense by department, detect potential abuse, pinpoint fraud or call hacking, and manage employee productivity by department and function.

CommView tightly integrates with ShoreTel systems, as well as any/all legacy PBX and IP-PBXs with available CDR, to provide an integrated and uniform view of the entire voice network.
