ShoreTel Expands Connect Solution Portfolio in Canada

Canadian Companies Can Now Purchase ShoreTel Connect CLOUD and Connect HYBRID

SUNNYVALE, Calif. – March 16, 2016 ShoreTel® (NASDAQ: SHOR), the leading provider of brilliantly simple unified communications (UC) solutions and phone systems, is now offering the full ShoreTel Connect™ portfolio to mid-market and enterprise customers in Canada*. While ShoreTel has an established channel and has been offering onsite solutions in the country for many years, including ShoreTel Connect ONSITE, this is the first time that cloud and hybrid solutions are available as deployment options.

ShoreTel Connect is a business communications solution that delivers a single user interface across a common set of devices from the cloud, onsite or a hybrid combination of both. ShoreTel Connect changes how companies communicate with a unique collaboration experience that unites groups and adapts to individual preferences.

Businesses can have cloud locations in both the U.S. and Canada.

ShoreTel Connect ONSITE
ShoreTel Connect ONSITE™ is an end-to-end UC solution that customers own, maintain and control. It includes IP PBX telephony services, ShoreTel desk phones, the ShoreTel Connect client app, mobility application, a collaboration suite, softphone functionality, browser-based administration portal, and more.

ShoreTel Connect HYBRID Sites and Apps
ShoreTel Connect HYBRID™ Sites enables companies to mix-and-match Connect ONSITE and Connect CLOUD services across multiple locations, providing a flexible communications solution that allows companies to move at their own pace to full and mixed cloud deployments, while protecting existing communications investments. Connect HYBRID Apps enables onsite customers to have applications delivered via the cloud.
