Bernard Gutnick, ShoreTel's senior director of product marketing, is also presenting during the session, titled "Good Samaritan Society – Improving Patient Care with All IP Based Unified Communications Solutions."

Prior to joining, he served as chief information officer for the Multi State Hospital Division of Adventist Health Systems in Orlando, Fla. Williams has spent the last 25 years working in health care, serving in different application development and management positions. He is a member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME), Center of Aging Services Technology (CAST) and has served as a committee member with the American Health Care Association (AHCA).
