ShoreTel Expands Global Partnership with Black Box

Companies Bring Pure IP Unified Communications to Australia and UK

SUNNYVALE, CA, June 23, 2008 - ShoreTel, Inc., (NASDAQ: SHOR), a leading provider of Pure IP Unified Communications solutions, and Black Box Corporation (NASDAQ: BBOX), the world's largest technical services company, today announced an expansion of their strategic alliance in which Black Box will deliver ShoreTel's solutions to customers throughout Australia and the UK.

With a strong partnership already established across the United States and Canada, ShoreTel and Black Box build on existing success in delivering IP Unified Communications solutions to SMB and enterprise-class organizations, including some of the most demanding FORTUNE 1000 organizations.
