In this role, Howard will be responsible for continuing ShoreTel's growth in the region and expansion into new countries, and for bringing the many benefits of integrated IP communications to companies of all sizes throughout EMEA.
Howard joins ShoreTel from Avaya, where he held a number of senior level management positions over the last five years, including UK channel director and EMEA channel sales director, working with a variety of SMB and enterprise channel partners. Prior to Avaya, John built a track record of success at both 3Com and Compaq in a variety of sales management positions. John has more than 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and business development in the European telecom and networking marketplace.
