ShoreTel and Syntellect Team to Provide Contact Centers with Advanced Communications Solutions

ShoreTel will offer Syntellect's award-winning contact center solution in conjunction with its leading Pure IP Unified Communications system to ShoreTel resellers globally. This announcement illustrates ShoreTel's commitment to the high-end contact center market, as well as its ability to scale to meet the needs of its growing list of enterprise customers.
