ShoreTel and NSC Announce Strategic Agreement

Flexibility of ShoreTel Unified Communications Is Game Changer

SYDNEY, Australia.  February 14, 2011 – ShoreTel® (NASDAQ: SHOR), the leading provider of brilliantly simple IP phone systems with fully integrated Unified Communications (UC), today announced a strategic agreement with leading converged communications integrator, NSC Group.   

Under the agreement, NSC will provide mid and large size companies in Australia and New Zealand with ShoreTel’s full UC suite of enterprise IP phone solutions including contact centre software and mobility solutions. 

NSC and ShoreTel will also deliver a unique business communications solution to local businesses that will deliver unprecedented returns in value and performance from their telecoms investment.  The new offering will be released next month.  It follows a recent joint customer-deployment between NSC and ShoreTel valued at $200,000.
