ShoreTel and Contact Center Customer to Highlight IP Telephony Deployments at VoiceCon Spring 2007

Presentations Underscore the Ease-of-Use, Manageability and Low Total Cost of Ownership of ShoreTel's Distributed Architecture

SUNNYVALE, CA, February 27, 2007 - ShoreTel, Inc., a leading provider of IP telephony solutions worldwide, today announced its executives and customer will participate in multiple panel presentations at VoiceCon Spring 2007 (Orlando, Florida, March 5-8). ShoreTel executives will take the stage, addressing the factors at play in enabling multi-site enterprises to be served by a single telecommunications systems without sacrificing reliability or ease-of-use. ShoreTel customer Fort Worth Transportation Authority will discuss the challenges, advantages and infrastructure considerations in implementing ShoreTel Contact Center, an integrated suite of contact center applications running on the ShoreTel distributed IP communications platform.

Bobbie Morton, IT director at Fort Worth Transportation Authority, will join a panel entitled "Living with IP Contact Centers" on March 5 at 3:15 p.m. EST. She will share experiences and observations regarding the implementation of ShoreTel's Contact Center solution. "‘The T' chose ShoreTel's distributed architecture to help provide communications for nearly 200 administrative employees that service the transportation needs of more than 8 million passengers annually," said Morton.

Steve Timmerman, vice president of marketing at ShoreTel, will present during the Executive Forum 1, "The Future of Enterprise Communications: What's Telephony's Role," which will be held on March 6 at 3:00 p.m. EST. ShoreTel director of product management, Jeff Ridley, will join the session entitled "Matching Performance to Promise" on March 6 at 1:00 p.m. EST; and Regina Moore, ShoreTel director of product management, will join the panel entitled "IP Phones: Where's My Red ‘Hold' Button" on March 7 at 8:00 a.m. EST.
