manned by ShoreTel developers who can answer questions about the use of DevNet Library APIs and tools.
The development tools require the use of a ShoreTel IP telephony system. ShoreTel is offering dedicated development platforms at a discount to DevNet members who do not have a ShoreTel system or who do not want to use a production system for development work.
