For Second Consecutive Year, Customers Rate ShoreTel's VoIP System as Easiest to Implement, Manage and Use with Best Customer Service and Lowest Start-up Costs

"The mantra this year is less complexity," says Robin Gareiss, principal research officer for Nemertes.
