Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mike Healy joined Mitel in 2007. He is responsible for Information Technology, Accounting, External Reporting, Investor Relations, Tax, Financial Planning and Analysis and all other financial and treasury functions.
Healy has more than 25 years of experience in high technology corporate finance positions, along with "Big 4" public accounting experience. During his career, he has led the financial oversight of two initial public offerings (Exodus and Mitel), the purchase and financial integration of 10 strategic acquisitions and numerous debt raising activities that total over $4 billion.
Before joining Mitel, he served as CFO for Genesis Microchip, Inc., a leading supplier of display image processors in both the flat-panel TV and LCD monitor markets. In his tenure with Genesis Microchip, he led the successful initial implementation of internal controls required under Sarbanes-Oxley 404, as well as the expansion of international operations throughout Asia. Prior to Genesis Microchip, he held several executive finance positions for Jamcracker, Exodus Communications and Apple Computer. Healy began his career as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche. Healy holds a B.S. in accounting from Santa Clara University and is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive). Healy is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
