The business world is abuzz with unified communications (UC). Adoption is at an all-time high as organizations are realizing the value of integrating the growing number of avenues of communication. Technavio is more optimistic, saying the UCaaS market will grow by 28 percent from  2015-2019, according to its report, the global unified communications as a service (UCaaS) market

“Increased focus on user preferences, use of mobile devices and mobile workforces are all widening the adoption of the BYOD model," said Faisal Ghaus, Vice President of Technavio. "Increased use of smartphones is driving the demand for UCaaS, as these devices make workforces more mobile."
