TMCNet: M5 Networks Unveils Live Answer Service Metric to Analyze Call-Answer Rates

Business solutions company M5 Networks, a provider of business phone systems, has unveiled Live Answer Service Metric, which is designed to help analyze the rate at which calls are answered by a live person. M5 clients will have the capability to assess the number of calls that reach an employee at businesses, and the entire enterprise will have access to this analytic tool. Earlier, such tools were available only with call center packages.
