ShoreTel Outbound Campaign IVR Application 4.0.2 is now Generally Available
ShoreTel Professional Services is pleased to announce that the ShoreTel Outbound Campaign IVR (OCIVR) Application Version 4.0.2 is now Generally Available.

This revision debuts a new client/server architecture and many functional enhancements. The new solution is not only more powerful, capable of supporting multiple OCIVR servers and administration clients to launch multiple campaigns simultaneously and independently from anywhere at any time on the network, but also highly cost effective and easily scalable.
In addition, enhanced capabilities include scheduling of automatic campaign runs, managing campaign files by default folder, constructing campaigns with text-to-speech technology from GUI or by XML scripting, just to name a few.
