ShoreTel Integration with Microsoft UC Revolutionizes Communications

ShoreTel continues to grow at an astonishing rate. Recently I was asked why we are seeing such a strong growth. One reason is because we are delivering the capabilities our customers are requesting. When customers asked for integration with the Microsoft unified communications (UC) offering, we answered with a brilliantly simple solution.

ShoreTel addresses the multi-level requirements needed to integrate Microsoft UC products with an IP telephony system by leveraging its distributed architecture, relying on industry-standard interfaces and continuously improving our existing APIs.

The ShoreTel UC system can be combined with one or more elements of the Microsoft UC portfolio, from Office Communication Server and Exchange in the data center to Office Communicator and Outlook on the desktop. With the most flexible integration options in the industry, the ShoreTel business communications system can extend and enhance our customer’s Microsoft UC investment.
