IPC to Offer ShoreTel’s Cloud-based Voice and Unified Communications Services

SUNNYVALE, Calif., May 16, 2012 – ShoreTel® (NASDAQ; SHOR), the leading provider of brilliantly simple premise- and cloud-based business phone systems and communication solutions with fully integrated unified communications (UC), today announced that the Cloud Division has added IPC Technologies as an Alliance partner. As a ShoreTel Cloud Division channel partner, IPC will now offer customers cloud-based voice, unified communications and contact center solutions, in addition to on-premise systems.

IPC specializes in IP unified communications, IP video conferencing, and virtualization. They also deliver turnkey managed services, helpdesk support, supplemental staffing and other services that maximize the efficiency of their client’s operations.
