2016 ShoreTelOne Global Partner Conference

In a few short months, there will be a lot more orange in Orlando.

During the week of Dec. 5, ShoreTel’s channel partners and distributors as well as industry analysts and consultants from across the globe will descend upon the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando, Fla., for the 2016 ShoreTelOne Global Partner Conference.

“Based on the success of last year’s conference at the Gaylord Palms, we’re reconvening once again in Orlando with plans for an even larger event that will include keynote presentations, breakout sessions, an expanded exhibit hall, free certification and social media training, as well as several exciting guest speakers and entertainment,” said ShoreTel CMO Mark Roberts.

Beyond providing great networking opportunities, Roberts said attendees will learn how ShoreTel can help them enter new markets, expand their businesses globally, accelerate their pipelines, and leverage changing trends in cloud and hybrid business communications.

New Additions & Expanded Offerings

This year’s gathering has several new elements designed to enhance attendees’ conference experience. On the two days leading up to the conference – December 4 & 5 – ShoreTel University will provide one- and two-day classes with the opportunity to complete certification training free of charge for the following courses:

  • Cloud Intensive
  • Skype for Business
  • ShoreTel Flex
  • Partner Start
  • Google Apps
  • Edge Gateway
  • Turning Relationships into Revenue

The free pre-conference certification training will start at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday, Dec. 4. A free marketing training session on social selling and how to turn those relationships into revenues will also be held during that time.

Also new this year – the opportunity for partners to win a MINI Cooper (or its cash equivalent) in a prize drawing scheduled to take place on Thursday, Dec. 8. Visit here for further details and official contest terms and conditions.

In addition to these new conference components, Roberts noted that both the breakout sessions and Solution Center Expo experiences have been enhanced.

“The breakout sessions have four tracks – business, marketing, sales and technical,” said Roberts. “Participants will have the opportunity to select up to 8 sessions from among the 29 breakouts offered. The Solution Center will feature 40 ShoreTel technology partners, and we are also expanding our ‘Genius Lounge’, which provides a unique opportunity to get insights and answers from ShoreTel subject matter experts.”
