A few months ago, we had opportunity to fulfill that mission and land a major new customer as a result.

 

Nationally recognized healthcare innovator Cleveland Clinic was saddled with an ineffective enterprise system that was cumbersome and not meeting their needs. In conjunction with the Major Accounts and Great Lakes sales staff, a joint ShoreTel-OAISYS solution featuring ShoreTel UC and ECC along with Tracer call-recording and interaction management was put together to try to win the business.

 

Healthcare has been a major vertical market for us for years, so we knew the language, the benefits and the approach. Combined with ShoreTel’s focus on brilliant simplicity and a functionally affordable price point for mid-market opportunities, we were able to displace a larger competitor, bring on board a powerhouse end user and, most importantly, satisfy a set of needs they had long found to be a point of frustration.
