The market research firm Infonetics Research, recently released excerpts from its latest VoIP and UC Services and Subscribers report. According to the report, VoIP revenue is forecast to grow more than 50% by 2015.

Diane Myers, Infonetics VoIP and IMS Analyst, states that while the majority of the VoIP services revenue is made up of the residential segment, the majority of the growth is coming from the business segment.

One highlight in particular was “The number of seats for hosted business VoIP and unified communications services is on track to more than double between 2011 and 2015”.  This is something to take notice of. Adoption of the cloud becomes an inevitable investment as businesses look for ways to achieve greater efficiency and productivity.

Cloud based phone systems, like M5, are flexible to your changing business, reliable and honest about their products and services, adaptable to the future of VoIP, and integrated with other applications that you use to run your business.
