Fierce VoIP: M5 Debuts Call Recording Software

M5 Networks, which in April acquired call center software company Callfinity, has debuted a new service, M5 Replay, that gives SMBs the ability to record and retrieve recorded phone calls via a Web interface.

The company, a stalwart in the hosted and managed VoIP space with mid-sized businesses, said Reply is managed offsite, and requires no on-premise hardware, relying on the cloud instead. M5 said the technology gives business clients a low-cost, scalable and on-site solution for their call-recording needs.
