Consultant Webinar this Week: Unifying UC with ShoreTel CRM Integration

Each month our Consultant Liaison Program members receive a technology update and in-depth webinar on a timely ShoreTel topic. This month our featured subject is “Unifying UC with ShoreTel’s New CRM Integration” presented by product expert Ali Rizvi. Webinars are scheduled this week on Wed., June 11th for members of the Canadian Technology Consultants Association, and on Thurs., June 12th for North American consultants.

We’re finding a lot of interest in ShoreTel for Salesforce and are looking forward to these webinars. The sessions will demonstrate for consultants how the new ShoreTel for Salesforce application enables a single-source view of all their clients' business communications and customer interactions through a tight integration that unifies voice and customer data and enhances the functionality of both the phone and CRM applications. Attendees will see how easy it is to associate Salesforce records with any call, add comments to the user record, then transfer the call—with its associated data—to another agent. (No more repeating info over and over again.) They’ll also learn how users can create dashboards to track contacts, which can serve as an early indicator of sales, service or operational performance.
