M5 Networks new partnership with InsightSquared adds business intelligence for SMBs that combines data from M5’s cloud-based business phone system with data from front and back office systems.

That ability allows SMBs to run their businesses “by the numbers.” In other words, say executives of both companies, the combined solution delivers a way to manage data from the phone system and other applications, such as InsightSquared’s applicant tracking system, in one interface.

InsightSquared’s business intelligence software, tailored particularly for the staffing and recruiting industry, aggregates data to aid in making smarter business decisions. Integrating with M5’s hosted UC cloud solution provides a way to visualize trends in voice and data and eliminates the need to manually generate reports.

The channel has responded positively to M5‘s brand of managed communications technologies that enable modern business practices, like remote work, mobile device productivity and virtual contact centers, particularly in the SMB market.
