ShoreTel Network Design Validation – Provides a ShoreTel validation of voice design requirements and data networking best practices for a customer or ShoreTel Champion certified partner designed corporate data network with a ShoreTel Unified Communications system to successfully carry VoIP traffic.
ShoreTel VoIP Readiness Assessment – Our experience shows that a Network Assessment has a significant impact on end-user satisfaction. A network assessment helps to ensure that your infrastructure can successfully carry voice over IP (VoIP) and deliver the voice quality you need. As part of a Network Assessment, an engineer monitors the network over a number of days to identify any changes required to make your infrastructure VoIP ready.
ShoreTel WLAN VoIP Readiness Assessment – Provides active testing of new or existing Wi-Fi data network coverage to determine if your Wi-Fi network meets standard wireless measurement thresholds to successfully carry VoIP traffic.
ShoreTel Network Delivery – ShoreTel Network Services will partially or fully discover, design, install, configure, test and hand-off new or existing customer corporate data network infrastructure that can successfully carry VoIP traffic.
Network Diagnostics – Provides a Root Cause Analysis on your network with specific and actionable recommendations that can be used by the customer, partner, or the ShoreTel Network Delivery offering to resolve the issue.
