Network Assessment
A network assessment is the only way to be certain that your infrastructure can successfully carry voice over IP. An engineer monitors the network over a number of days. When the assessment is complete, the engineer prepares a report identifying what, if anything, must be done to make your infrastructure VoIP-ready.
The ShoreTel Network Assessment determines if:
- The necessary network protocols and standards are supported
- The infrastructure is architecturally compatible with VoIP traffic
- Installed WAN technologies are compatible with VoIP
