ShoreTel provides support programs to meet the needs of both our customers and reseller partners. Support programs go beyond the standard 13-month warranty and are available in single or multiyear agreements.

Enterprise Support

Our Enterprise Support Program is designed for customers who wish to have a direct service relationship with ShoreTel and can independently administer a Microsoft Windows/IP-based network.

Although a number of options are available, a typical post-implementation support package might include support directly from ShoreTel, telephone technical support, software updates, three hardware replacement options, Web-based administrator training and Web-based end-user training, as well as access to online support resources and tools.

Partner Support

Our Partner Support Program is designed for customers who need a service program that covers all systems and infrastructure, and is well suited to those with minimal IT resources.

Available exclusively from your ShoreTel reseller partner, our program ensures a consistently high level of customer satisfaction by combining local hands-on support from your reseller with backup and escalation resources directly from ShoreTel.


Support Renewals

Support agreements are available at the time of initial purchase of the ShoreTel UC system. They can be renewed annually, or on a multiyear basis.

License Compliance

One of the many benefits of purchasing and maintaining a support agreement is receiving software updates and new releases at no extra charge.

Customers who are not covered by a current ShoreTel Support Agreement must purchase software upgrades separately.
