The RMH Group is an award-winning mechanical, electrical, industrial process and sustainable design engineering firm committed to designing buildings that are energy efficient and respectful of the natural environment. However, the company was experiencing difficulties with its existing conference calling system, was was complex, expensive and antiquated.

Reliability was also an important factor because if the system ever went down, they needed to have the capability to transfer traffic without manual intervention. Since installing its Unified Communications solution powered by ShoreTel technologies, The RMH Group has been able to dramatically simplify collaboration and communications. Employees are rapidly adopting the collaboration tools including the easy setup for voice and desktop sharing sessions, and they appreciate the seamless integration with Outlook.
