In early 2005, the law firm decided that it was the right time to look into IP telephony to replace its outdated Meridian PBX system. With the help of its local integration partner in Torrance, CA, ShoreTel provided Greene Broillet & Wheeler with three of its ShoreTel 120 Voice Switches, two ShoreTel T1s, and more than 65 ShoreTel IP Phones. The firm also has a 12-port ShoreTel Conference Bridge that integrates smoothly with the system and delivers high reliability for the firm’s conference calls. The integrated tools of ShoreTel Call Manager enable employees to manage all of their communications from their desktops. Other benefits include:
