The mission of Cascade Valley Hospital is to provide friendly healthcare and information close to home so that people in the Stillaguamish Valley, and the surrounding areas, can receive high quality, personal medical services without leaving their community.

Cascade Valley Hospital recently opened a new wing. It was extremely important that community members reached a live person when they dialed the hospital’s number. They needed a solution with a system that would work for them and reflect their commitment to the community.

Cascade Valley Hospital’s motto is “Close to home. Close to heart” and they did not need a complex communication system that would get in the way. The ShoreTel solution – including 565 licenses, workgroups, ShoreTel Communicator with Operator Access, Video and Softphone – provided that friendly, simple connection.
