Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lone Star (BBBS), located in North Texas, first implemented a ShoreTel system nearly a decade ago. At the time, the organization had five regional offices that utilized disparate phone systems. Their new technology plan included integrating the five agencies into one cohesive unit.
