Current Analysis Report on ShoreTel's Good Samaritan Win
The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society (Good Samaritan) is deploying the ShoreTel UC system to support more than 17,000 end users in an installation that includes about 5,000 mobile devices and reaches across 200 offices in the U.S.
ShoreTel’s win for the IP telephony and UC portion of the account comes against rivals Cisco and Interactive Intelligence, and effectively displaces legacy Siemens equipment in 60% of the sites. Ease of deployment and use, its distributed architecture, lower TCO and promises of reliability weighed heavily in ShoreTel’s favor. The Good Samaritan reference essentially proves that these core ShoreTel value propositions resonate with large enterprises.
