The Mobile Call Manager provides mobile workers visual access to their desk phone extension right from their mobile device, making it easier to communication with customers and colleagues. The Mobile Call Manager allows you to find contacts by name, either your personal contacts or those at the office, and connect to them instantly. Users also get a visual view of all your voicemail messages allowing them to easily identify important messages and handle them in a timely manner. Off-line access is provided to messages through a preview feature that lets users hear the first parts of the message and decide if it is important or not. The Mobile Call Manager also makes it easier to handle inbound calls to the mobile worker as well. Callers can access all their settings and control where calls ring, when they go to voice mail, and what type of special notifications are received with new messages.
