Workgroup Real-Time Monitor Application
The ShoreWare Workgroup Real-Time Monitor Application enables supervisors to view real-time workgroup performance data and react quickly to trends. Various graphical displays of statuses such as increasingly long wait times or large numbers of abandoned calls are presented based on configurable color-coded thresholds. Audible alerts and large format wallboard displays are also included.
