ShoreTel's open product architecture enables maximum interoperability with best-of-breed products and the integration of unified communications capabilities into core business processes to increase collaboration and productivity and reduce overall costs.

Foundation-level membership is the starting point for all innovators and is open to any company – including customers, software developers, systems integrators, and technology providers – upon application review. Membership provides a rich technical basis and virtually unlimited possibilities for solution development. Program content is updated frequently to reflect the most current ShoreTel Software Development Kits (SDKs) and interface documentation.
