ShoreTel Innovation Network Alliance Level

ShoreTel is committed to an open product architecture and to enabling interoperability and integration with best of breed partnered solutions that deliver extended value to our mutual customers.  Innovation Network Foundation Members who have completed their development and self-tested their solution(s) with ShoreTel are eligible to apply to the next level – Alliance Membership.  At this stage, ShoreTel works with our technology partners to validate the interoperability of our combined solutions.   Members who maintain their level of validation within the program are entitled to many benefits that will afford them greater visibility within ShoreTel’s sales, marketing, reseller, and customer communities.

Alliance Membership Benefits include:

• All Foundation Member benefits
• Authorized usage of the ShoreTel Innovation Network logo
• A dedicated ShoreTel Innovation Network catalog listing
• Joint product application notes published within ShoreTel’s online catalog
• Joint ShoreTel and Member press releases and case studies
• Dedicated presentation slots within regularly scheduled ShoreTel sales and reseller partner webinar events
• Opportunities to exhibit and present at ShoreTel’s premier annual partner conference, ongoing regional partner and customer events, as well as trade-shows
• Informed technical support for an enhanced customer experience
