Become an Innovation Network Member
The ShoreTel Innovation Network provides market and innovation leaders with the opportunity to develop, validate, and document your product's interoperability with ShoreTel's UC solution. Additionally, it provides a unique way to introduce your company to ShoreTel's array of Reseller Partners and end-user customers.

The Innovation Network offers two levels of membership: Foundation and Alliance.
Foundation-level membership is designed to provide the technical information and tools necessary for third parties to integrate their solutions with ShoreTel. Benefits include:
- Access to ShoreTel's published APIs and SDKs
- Access to the ShoreTel Innovation Network forums
- Access to direct development consulting
Alliance-level membership is intended for Foundation members who have already completed their development and wish to work with ShoreTel to validate interoperability and market their products. Benefits include:
- Exposure within ShoreTel's Innovation Network Catalog
- Jointly-created technical and marketing materials
- Exposure to ShoreTel's array of reseller partners and distributors through press activity, case studies, webinars, and events

- To become a Foundation member
Please review, complete, and submit the program application materials found on the Foundation page.
Once your application has been accepted you will be given login credentials to the Foundation Member Portal. - To become an Alliance member
The Alliance level is intended for Foundation members who have already completed their development. To apply for the Alliance level, Foundation members will need to complete the application package located in the Member Portal.
