ShoreTel Suggestions Portal

The ShoreTel Suggestions Portal is a peer-based community for our customers, partners and ShoreTel employees. At this portal, you will be able to interact with ShoreTel product management as well as other users and partners to help define the evolution of the ShoreTel product. You can submit your own ideas as well as comment on other users’ ideas. You also get to personally vote on ideas on the site to show your support (i.e. need) for various feature requests.

Please note. The portal requires logon credentials. Once you get to the portal, first time users will need to register for an account.
