ShoreTel’s Cloud Division Among Crain’s New York Business Fast 50
Impressive growth recognized by leading business publication
SUNNYVALE, Calif., June 28, 2012 – ShoreTel® (NASDAQ; SHOR), the leading provider of brilliantly simple premise and cloud-based business phone system and communication solutions with fully integrated unified communications (UC), today announced that the ShoreTel Cloud Division, formerly known as M5 Networks, earned the No. 20 spot on Crain's New York Business Fast 50 list.
The Fast 50 was open to privately held companies in the New York City area; entry required firms to have at least $20 million in 2011 revenues. Crain’s ranked companies, based on revenue growth as a percentage, from 2008 to 2011. Publicly held companies, real estate investment trusts (REITs), regulated banks, real estate developers, utilities, holding companies, subsidiaries/divisions and franchises are not included in the results. ShoreTel’s Cloud Division was considered for inclusion based on financial results of M5 Networks prior to the acquisition by ShoreTel.
