Walt Weisner

Walt Weisner joined ShoreTel in July 2005. Weisner comes to ShoreTel with over 20 years of telecommunications experience and is responsible for the company's growing global support services including the technical assistance center, professional services, ShoreTel University, customer support and customer satisfaction programs.

Prior to ShoreTel, Weisner served as vice president of global support services for WebEx Communications where he was responsible for worldwide call center operations, account management, installed base revenue programs and overall customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Webex, Weisner held the position of executive vice president of operations and support for InternetConnect, a nationwide ISP providing Virtual Private Networks for the SME market. Weisner also served as senior director of customer operations and support for Nextel Communications Southwest region, and he has held positions in product management and product development.

Weisner holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University.
