Ava Hahn

Ava Hahn joined ShoreTel in June 2007 and is responsible for all legal matters. Ms. Hahn is a seasoned chief legal officer whose breadth of experience includes managing corporate governance, complex civil litigation, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, government investigations, legal compliance, lobbying efforts, and licensing and other contract negotiations for her clients.

Before joining ShoreTel, she served as General Counsel and Secretary for Genesis Microchip, Inc., a leading supplier of display image processors. Prior to Genesis Microchip, she served as Director, Legal Affairs for a technology start-up. Ms. Hahn began her law practice with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, a leading national law firm. Hahn holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
