The HRIS Analyst will carry out responsibilities in the design and implementation of the human resources (HR) information systems, requiring expert systems and generalist knowledge of Human Resources activities.  This master user of HRIS will ensure 100% accuracy to maintain data integrity. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role will be expected to design, implement, and manage the ShoreTel HRIS.

Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance HR Intranet site Design, implement, and manage the Human Resources Information Systems. Work with HR and IT management to develop plans for proposed systems, functionalities, and enhancements. Develop cost assessment of projects to support and lead processes/projects that add value to the Human Resources function. Continuously research new systems; evaluate current HRIS system and identify areas of improvement. Monitor the implementation and operation of approved systems, functionalities, and enhancements. Audit system capabilities for accuracy, integrity, and functionality by performing system testing; monitoring and documenting test results; analyzing test results and documenting system discrepancies; ensure adherence to HR policies and practices. Input employee new hire and change information while ensuring data integrity. Provide special reports to supply the HR function with data management support. Provide problem resolution and develop solutions to system issues. Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
