Direct Marketing Manager (Online)
 
Work at our headquarters in Sunnyvale, California, to develop, implement, measure and evaluate direct marketing and lead generation sources, vendors, and programs, with an emphasis on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).  Manage a Team of New Account Specialists, providing mentoring and workload balance to team, while ensuring that mutually agreed company Goals and Objectives are met.
 
Manage lead automation database system, including establishment of campaigns, tracking landing pages, reporting, list pulls and uploads, and email marketing.  Work to integrate systems and cross-functionally with IT, Sales, and Channel Marketing in a marketing operations capacity to analyze and track the lead to revenue lifecycle and recommend system changes as needed.  Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets utilizing a combination of marketing tactics and programs while completing programs on-time and on-budget to meet ROI metrics.
 
Requires a Master’s degree in Business or Marketing, and 3 years of experience managing direct marketing and lead generation programs (online and offline) in B2B market, or a Bachelor’s degree in an enumerated field followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience managing direct marketing and lead generation programs (online and offline) in B2B market.  Experience must include:
 
  • Marketing database configuration and administration using ELOQUA;
  • Hands on SEO and SEM experience using Google Analytics; and
  • Multivariate testing and comprehensive campaign analysis and tracking to optimize results.
