Leading a team developing mobile device software for ShoreTel's Mobility Solution.
- Leading a team of mobile developers in creation of enterprise mobility applications such as VoIP, presence/IM, video and video conferencing
- Directing a development team to solve challenging mobile platform issues
- Developing software practices that lead to high quality software
- Working in Fast Paced Environment where hitting deadlines is critical
- 3-5+ years’ experience leading mobile software development teams
- 10+ years of total industry experience
- Full SDLC experience from gathering client requirements, turning design specs into functional UI prototypes, and architecting High Quality Mobile Applications and User Experiences
- Experience leading dynamic teams (Agile or Scrum preferred)
- Solid knowledge on at least one of the following mobile operating systems: iPhone/Android/Blackberry
- Hands on experience with C/C++/Java and Object Oriented programming
- Experience with cross platform programming for a variety of mobile platforms
