Don Joos
Vice President of Global Services
Don Joos joined ShoreTel in April 2011 and leads ShoreTel's global services team. He has over 15 years of direct industry experience.
Prior to joining ShoreTel, Joos spent nine years as a company vice president at Avaya – leading the teams for channel transformation, integrations and global customer satisfaction, North American services, global implementation, and global customer care centers. Joos has also held service and operational roles at Williams Communication Solutions, Nortel Communication Solutions and Marshalls Inc.
Joos has been recognized for his proven track record of building and transforming businesses through innovative growth plays, and brings a wealth of strategy, operations and execution experience to ShoreTel. He holds a bachelor’s degree in sports management from Springfield College in Massachusetts.
